for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
Matthew 25:35-40 (NKJV)
Baskets of Hope (Monthly)
Open to Urbancrest members and non-members in the local community who after need assessment may receive a Monthly Basket of Hope for a limited period of time.
Food is usually distributed on the third Wednesday of the month but dates may have to be adjusted due to Shared Harvest Foodbank delivery schedule. Recipients are notified each month of when to pick up food.
Recipients need to register with Shared Harvest Foodbank so volunteers can plan and prepare food baskets.

Baskets of Hope (Seasonal)
These are special celebrations for invited families of our community: we worship together, preach the Gospel and distribute food.
Each family on our Baskets of Hope database receives a ham or turkey, canned goods, staples, supplies, etc. to provide each family a complete meal for them to take home and prepare for their families.
Volunteers of all ages are mobilized to serve our community through this ministry. God has blessed with many decisions for Christ!

Chainsaw Team
We are a local group that assist with storm damage and dead trees. The team trains new people to safely use chainsaws. However most of the members never use a chainsaw. They handle brush, split wood and stack wood. We are family-friendly with children 12 and older helping.
Part of the team is also part of the Ohio Disaster Relief Chainsaw team. We deploy most anyware after a storm.

Car Show
People Restore Vehicles. God Restores People! The annual Urbancrest Car, Motorcycle, Truck, & Tractor Show is a family ministry outreach focused on building a bridge for sharing the gospel with car enthusiasts in the community. This annual show also raises funds for our monthly Baskets of Hope ministry. Join us for this great family event every August!

Craft Show
Held on the same day as the car show, our annual craft show is a chance for you to shop booths from local artisans & crafters with a wide variety of items. Proceeds from vendor fees go to support various local ministries.

Warren County Juvenile Detention Center
Each Tuesday of the week, 7-8 PM, we have teams from Urbancrest serving to teach biblical truth and to share the gospel. We have 2-3 male leaders each week who share with the young men & 2-3 female leaders each week who share with the young ladies. We have teams who rotate serving throughout the month so many are able to serve and share throughout the week.
Our typical format includes lessons from the Bible, sharing of the gospel, and prayer together. Many youths have given their hearts to the Lord and our teams help make disciples of these believers explaining how to be like Christ.

Lebanon Food Pantry
This is a collaborative partnership between Urbancrest and the Lebanon Food Pantry. Urbancrest financially supports the food pantry each month by helping to purchase food.
Urbancrest serves in the morning and afternoons on the 3rd and 5th Wednesday of each month stocking food, preparing bags of food, and giving these away to families in need within our Lebanon community.

Laundry Ministry
Every third Wednesday of the month, the Laundry Ministry serves the community by paying for, washing, drying, and folding laundry for those in need. This is a great time to build relationships, pray with people, and share the gospel and the love of Jesus in a practical way!

Red Barn Ministry
We serve the Lebanon community by giving regular food assistance and small furniture and houseware items to those in need. Our goal is to show the love of Jesus to the lost and encourage believers in their faith. We are looking for partners to donate food, pack food, make deliveries in the Lebanon area, and pray for our ministry.
You may also help by donating small furniture items that can be easily lifted by one or two people such as end tables, lamps, small dressers, dish and cookware sets, silverware, and other essentials.Â

Talbert House
A ministry focused on connecting with inmates in our local halfway house. We have weekly discipleship lessons for men geared around life transformation through Jesus Christ and understanding the definition of Biblical Manhood.
There are opportunities for men to serve through rotational teaching and mentoring.
